Both of my preps are in heavy reading phases right now, and I find myself itching to get back to writing. (I’m thinking for-real literary analysis for 8th *gasp* and the children’s book analysis I shared last week for 7th. If you want to plan some writing units along side me and learn my super-speedy process, consider joining me at one or all of these workshops this April.) But, at the same time, I’m loving the coziness of the units we’re in now. Reading units feel different to me than writing units — softer and sweeter, somehow — and I’m loathe to leave them.
