You know those Insta accounts you follow out of sheer delight and aspiration? That has been my Insta relationship with @Jess_VanceEdu. Angela Stockman is the person who introduced me to Jess’s inquiry wonderland, and I have become a devotee of her account — watching her move Post-Its hither and thither on vast learning walls that just look magical.

In a job that is so hard and so important and also so largely intangible, the idea of making our learning visible is so appealing. Thus, I did what I always do: I jumped in with two feet and only a little research (I read Jess Vance’s Leading with a Lens of Inquiry) to see what happened.
